BJP Delhi today demonstrated a protest against the Delhi Government and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) at the Aam Aadmi Party’s head office in New Delhi, over the IAS coaching centre flooding incident. BJP MP from north-west Delhi Yogender Chandolia said that the Delhi Government is responsible for the incident. He demanded the dissolution of the Delhi Government and MCD.

 
Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva alleged that students have lost their lives in the city due to the negligence of the Delhi Government. He said that Delhi Government’s Ministers should resign if officers are not obeying their orders. Delhi Congress president Devendra Yadav has also criticised the Delhi Government over the incident.

Meanwhile, Minister of the Delhi Government Saurabh Bhardwaj said that strict action should be taken against officers whose negligence caused this incident. MCD has seized some coaching institutes in the Old Rajendra Nagar and Mukherjee Nagar today after being found violating the rules.
