In Uttarakhand, BJP candidate Parvati Das has filed her nomination papers for the Bageshwar assembly by-poll at District Headquarters today. On this occasion, BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt, cabinet minister Saurabh Bahuguna and other party workers were also present.
