In Bihar, nine devotees electrocuted and two others were injured in Sultanpur area in Vaishali district when their vehicle came into contact with high voltage electric wire.

Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Hajipur Rambabu told Akashvani News that the incident took place late night around 11 pm when a group of devotees were going to perform Jalabhishek at Baba Harihar Nath temple in Sonepur for the third Monday of holy month of Sawan.
