The three-day Bihar Diwas celebrations concluded today with the resolution of developed Bihar. The celebrations were started on 22nd March on the occasion of the 113th foundation day. The concluding ceremony was organized this morning at historical Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Addressing the closing ceremony, Bihar governor Arif Mohammad Khan said the state is progressing on the path of development with long strides.
