Bihar: Anti-BJP leaders are opposing holy book Ram Charit Manas and it shows their mentality, says Union Minister Amit Shah

Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said the past of UPA coalition was tainted due to massive corruption so the anti-BJP leaders have come up with new nomenclature for I.N.D.I.A. alliance.

He said people will not get deceived by this new entity in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and vote for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Union Home Minister claimed that all 40 Lok Sabha seats will go to NDA in Bihar. Mr Shah was addressing a public meeting of BJP in Jhanjharpur in Madhubani district in Bihar.

He alleged that Nitish Kumar -Lalu Prasad-led government is working on the line of appeasement in Bihar.

The BJP leader said that the Nitish Kumar -Lalu Prasad-led government had recently issued a fatwa to cancel the Raksha Bandhan and Janmashtami holidays, which has offended the sentiments of people of Bihar. The people opposed vehemently and taught a lesson to the Grand Alliance government.

He said the anti-BJP leaders are now opposing the holy book Ram Charit Manas which shows their mentality.

Mr. Shah said the NDA government is fully committed to the development of Bihar. He accused Nitish Kumar of blocking the road of development in the state.

The BJP leader said earlier Prime Minister Narendra Modi had approved a second AIIMS to Bihar in Darbhanga but Mr. Nitish Kumar is doing politics.

He accused the Nitish Kumar government of first allotting 81 acres of land at the medical college for AIIMS Darbhanga but took it back.
