In Bihar, a total of 50 candidates are in the fray for the Second Phase of Lok Sabha elections in the five parliamentary constituencies of Bhagalpur, Kishanganj, Banka, Katihar and Purnea. On the last day of withdrawal of names, five candidates withdrew their candidature. In Purnea 07 candidates are left in fray while 10 are there in the Banka parliamentary segment. No withdrawal took place in these two constituencies. In the Kishanganj Lok Sabha parliamentary segment out of 15 candidates three withdrew their names. In Katihar and Bhagalpur one each candidate recalled their nomination paper. In Katihar 9 candidates and in Bhagalpur 12 candidates in the fray. Polling will be held on 26th April in all these five Lok Sabha segments.
