Union Minister of State Veeranna Somanna has said that Bengaluru to Madurai express will immensely benefit those travelling between these two stations. Interacting with the media after the inaugural event of the Vande bharat rail service between Madurai and Bengaluru, he said that the Union Government has been allocating projects to develop infrastructure in the State. He said that the Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi was instrumental in creating more jobs in the Rail sector. He said that the modifiedPamban Rail Bridge will be ready by December. He said that there was no discrimination in implementing rail projects in any State.
