In men’s cricket, in the first T20 International of the three-match series between India and Bangladesh in Gwalior,  India were 106 for 3 after 10 overs a short while ago chasing a victory target of 128 runs.

Earlier, sent in to bat first, Bangladesh were all out for 127 in 19.5 overs. For Bangladesh, Mehidy Hasan Miraz top scored with 35 not out while Najmul Hossain Shanto hit 27 runs. For India, Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakravarthy took three wickets each.

India rested Shubman Gill, Rishabh Pant, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Mohammed Siraj and Axar Patel for the match.

Earlier in a two-match Test series against Bangladesh, India achieved a convincing whitewash, securing their 18th consecutive home series victory.
