All key Asian stocks ended lower today. South Korea’s Kospi index slumped 1.70 per cent, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index declined 1.20 per cent, Japan’s Nikkei also slipped one per cent, Singapore’s Straits Times index fell 0.80 per cent. China’s Shanghai Composite index ended  0.20 per cent lower.

European markets were trading mixed today. Germany’s DAX was 0.30 per cent up, France’s CAC 40 was 0.27 per cent higher. While London FTSE was trading down by 0.34 per cent when reports last came in.
