Major Asian indices displayed mixed trends today. China’s Shanghai Composite Index advanced over half per cent, Singapore’s Straits Times index added over 0.3 per cent, and Japan’s Nikkei was marginally up 0.08 per cent. Conversely, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index dropped nearly one and half per cent, and South Korea’s Kospi lost 1.16 per cent.
Meanwhile, major European Indices were trading in positive territory. Germany’s DAX gained over 1.2 per cent, France’s CAC 40 advanced over one per cent, and London’s FTSE was trading over 0.7 per cent up when reports last came in.
