Major Asian indices saw mixed trading today. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng tumbled 0.24 percent, China’s Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.76 percent and Japan’s Nikkei was 0.48 percent down.  Meanwhile, Singapore’s Straits Times index added 0.48 percent and Korea’s Kospi gained marginally.

Major European indices were trading in positive territory. Germany’s DAX up over 1 percent, France’s CAC gaining 0.91 percent, and London’s FTSE rising by 0.24 percent, according to the latest reports.
