Three out of four major Asian indices ended in positive territory today. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index up 0.7 percent while China’s Shanghai Composite Index plunged over 1.6 percent.
South Korea’s Kospi ended 1.8 percent up while Singapore’s Straits Times index ended positive with 1 percent up. On the other side, Japan Nikkie was closed due to a holiday.
All major European indices were trading in negative territory. France’s CAC was down 0.83 percent and Germany’s DAX fell over 0.37 percent. Meanwhile, London’s FTSE was trading 0.18 percent down, when reports last came in.
