Five major Asian indices traded in the positive territory today. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index soared 1.13 per cent, Singapore’s Straits Times Index surged 1.12 per cent, Japan’s Nikkei rose 0.74 per cent, China’s Shanghai Composite Index advanced 0.67 per cent and South Korea’s Kospi was up by 0.45 per cent. Major European Indices were trading in positive today. France’s CAC 40 gained 0.47 per cent, London’s FTSE was trading 0.33 per cent higher and Germany’s DAX added 0.17 per cent when reports last came in.
