Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that the state government will launch a flagship scheme similar to the PM Vishwakarma. He said this while attending the inaugural function of the PM Vishwakarma Scheme virtually from Itanagar today. He said the state government’s scheme will accommodate those artisans who will miss the national scheme. Mr. Khandu said that the PM Vishwakarma Scheme will largely benefit the artisans of the country.
                 
Union Minister of Earth Sciences Kiren Rijiju on the occasion said that in the last 7-8 years Arunachal Pradesh has seen faster development. He said basic amenities like good roads, water, electricity etc. have reached to almost every citizen in the state and now the government’s next phase will be to make quality of life better for them through income generation, better health and education facilities etc.
