Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under the 19th Rozgar Mela, handed over appointment letters to more than 51,000 youths across the country through video conferencing. Employment fairs were organized at 47 locations nationwide, including a programme at the CCL auditorium in Ranchi and in Dhanbad.
In Ranchi, appointment letters were distributed to 132 successful candidates from six departments, including Railways, the Army and Postal Department. On the occasion, Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously fulfilling his commitment to provide employment opportunities to the youth.
Meanwhile, in Dhanbad, Union Minister Annapurna Devi inaugurated the Rozgar Mela and distributed appointment letters to 88 youths while highlighting the achievements of the Skill Development Scheme.
