BJP MP Anurag Singh Thakur hit out at the Congress alleging that it is Congress which has insulted the Constitution. Talking to the media, Mr Thakur alleged that by imposing emergency in 1975 and putting the opposition in jail, the Congress had changed the Constitution. He said, the Preamble which is called the soul of the Constitution, the Congress had separated the Constitution from its soul. Mr Thakur said that the Congress should apologise to the nation.
