Andhra Pradesh to Implement e-Cabinet System for Paperless Council Meetings

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is set to implement the e-Cabinet system for its Council of Ministers meetings, starting with the session scheduled for tomorrow at 11 AM. Developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), this new system aims to transition the Council of Ministers’ meetings to a paperless format, enhancing both efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The e-Cabinet application will provide a secure, real-time platform for accessing Cabinet documents and discussions, significantly reducing the need for physical paperwork. This transition is expected to streamline operational processes and align with eco-friendly practices by digitizing records and minimizing paper use. The application also includes advanced features such as comprehensive data analytics and reporting capabilities, which will aid in monitoring and assessing the implementation status of Cabinet decisions more effectively.
