Senior BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah reiterated that his party will not allow any party to change the reservation of SC/ST and OBCs. He was addressing a political rally in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. Mr Shah said that Samajwadi Party has already accepted its defeat and changing candidates many times indicates it. Amit Shah also addressed political rallies in Kasganj and Etawah districts. He said in Kasganj that BJP has fulfilled all its promises made in the manifesto. He will also have meetings with party functionaries in Kanpur in respect of the general elections. Another senior BJP leader and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also addressed rallies in Badaun, Etah and Aonla area of Bareilly district today.
Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav campaigned for Party candidates in Sambhal and Bareily districts. He came down heavily on BJP in Sambhal and said that people of the state have given befitting reply to the party in first two phases of elections. Addressing another political rally in Bareilly district he said that BJP is snatching the rights of minorities and OBCs. BSP coordinator for election Akash Anand also addressed a political rally in Sitapur district and said that in Yogi Government people particularly from Scheduled castes are not safe.
