Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah said that the NDA will achieve 400 plus seats on June 4 and Narendra Modi will secure his position once again as the Prime Minister, while Rahul Gandhi will hold a press conference blaming the EVMs for the defeat of the I.N.D.I.A. bloc. He said that following the June 4 results, responsibility for the Congress’ defeat will likely be placed on its national President, Mallikarjun Kharge, leading to his resignation. Mr. Shah said this while addressing a public meeting in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh in favour of the party candidate.
While addressing a public meeting in Mau, UP CM and senior BJP leader Yogi Adityanath said that people have seen a hanging India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that there is a huge difference between India before 2014 and India in 2024.
BJP national President J. P. Nadda reached Varanasi for PM Narendra Modi’s election campaign today and offered prayers at the Kaal Bhairav temple. Mr. Nadda said that reservations based on religion would not be allowed to be implemented till Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP were in power.
Later in the day, Mr. Shah will also address public meetings in Balia and Varanasi today. On the other hand, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav will address a political gathering in Ghazipur and Chandauli today.
