Akashvani will broadcast the running commentary simultaneously in Hindi and English of the flag hoisting ceremony and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'address to the nation' on Independence Day from the ramparts of Red Fort from 7 am tomorrow. It will be available on all Akashvani stations including Vividh Bharati, FM Rainbow, FM Gold, and other FM Channels.
Consequent to the aforesaid broadcast, the National news bulletins in Hindi, English and Urdu will be rescheduled after the live broadcast from the red fort is over. The sequence of these news bulletins will remain unchanged. the National news bulletin in Kashmiri at 07:45 am shall, however, stand cancelled.
