Akashvani Delhi organizes youth conclave to celebrate India's glorious journey of G-20 Presidency

India's glorious journey toward the celebrations of the G20 Presidency continues. Akashvani Delhi organized a youth conclave today at the Air Force School, Subroto Park in New Delhi which generated a lot of excitement among the students.  Director General of Akashvani, Dr. Vasudha Gupta inaugurated the event. She called upon the students and participants to imbibe the values of One Earth, One Family, One Future which is the theme of G20 under India's Presidency this year. She said the youth today represent the glory of India as they have carved a niche for themselves with their strides in various walks of life.
 
Songs by Rupinder Sandhu and the team regaled the crowd with variety and zest. The youngsters gave a thumbs up to the songs reflecting their genre and aspirations.
 
The Air Force School presented a dance performance on India’s National bird 'Peacock'. Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute presented Kathak's performance. Another attraction was the Declamation contest where the students presented excerpts from select speeches before the audience in a unique and engaging manner. In the symposium, from the Air Force Bal Bharati School, Indira R . Nair spoke about India, the land of opportunities while C. Arav Rao presented on Life after the Pandemic.
 
On behalf of the Air Force School, Prisha Issar shared her vision of Digital India Manavaditya highlighting the Mission millet.
 
From the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, Mohammad Aamir spoke about Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam while Tanya presented on Science and Technology. A quiz programme related to India's G20 Presidency evoked a massive response and the participants showcased their level of awareness and enthusiasm.
 
The series of events under the aegis of Akashvani will take yet another step forward on the 5th of August 5, at Attari in Punjab where the performances at the India-Pakistan border with the BSF team will recreate the magic of India's soft power.
 
India will be hosting the G20 summit in New Delhi on the 9th and 10th of September. The main event will be held at the state of art India International Convention and EXPO Centre at Dwarka in New Delhi. In the run-up to the big event, Akashvani has been organising a series of events as the official and the world's largest broadcaster.
