राष्‍ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू मध्‍य प्रदेश के इन्‍दौर में भारत स्‍मार्ट सिटी पुरस्‍कार प्रतियोगिता 2022 के विजेताओं को आज पुरस्‍कार प्रदान करेंगी। ये पुरस्‍कार भारत स्‍मार्ट सिटी सम्‍मेलन के दौरान दिये जायेंगे। दो दिन के इस सम्‍मेलन का आयोजन आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय कर रहा है।

सम्‍मेलन के पहले दिन शहरी विकास और आवासन राज्‍य मंत्री कौशल किशोर ने भारत स्‍मार्ट सिटि प्रतियोगिता के अतंर्गत पुरस्‍कार पाने वाली परियोजनाओं से जुडी एक प्रदर्शनी का कल उद्घाटन किया। उन्‍होंने कहा कि सरकार देश के शहरों और ग्रामीण भागों के कायाकल्‍प और स्‍वस्‍थ्‍य बनाने की दिशा में भी काम कर रही है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी आज अहमदाबाद में वाइब्रेंट गुजरात ग्लोबल समिट के 20 साल पूरा होने के अवसर पर आयोजित एक समारोह की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। श्री मोदी जनजातीय जिला छोटा उदेपुर में पांच हजार दो सौ करोड़ से अधिक की परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन और शिलान्यास भी करेंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी ने कहा है कि नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम भारत की महिलाओं की शक्ति को समर्पित है। कल गुजरात में राज्य भाजपा द्वारा आयोजित एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में महिलाओं के विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण सुनिश्चित करना उनकी सरकार की गारंटी है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी दो दिन के दौरे पर गुजरात में हैं।

World Tourism Day is being observed today. This day is celebrated every year on September 27 to promote the tourism all over the globe. The celebrations are also aimed at fostering awareness among the international community on the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value. The theme for this year's World Tourism Day is 'Tourism and Green Investments'.

In his Mann ki Baat programme on Sunday last, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that a very big aspect of tourism is related to employment and if any sector generates maximum employment with minimum investment, it is the tourism sector.

In Men's Cricket, the third and final ODI between India and Australia will be played at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot today. The match will begin at 1.30 p.m.

India has already taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three match series.  

In the first match at Mohali, India defeated Australia by five wickets. In the rain-interrupted second ODI in Indore, India emerged victorious by 99 runs by Duckworth-Lewis method.

दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बताया है कि दिल्‍ली सरकार 29 सितम्बर को विंटर एक्शन प्लान की घोषणा करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्दियों में होने वालो प्रदूषण की समस्या से निपटने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार 15 मुख्‍य बिंदुओं पर कार्य कर रही है। दिल्‍ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री ने कहा कि सुझावों एवं रिपोर्ट के आधार पर विंटर एक्शन प्लान तैयार किया जा रहा है। उन्‍होंने बताया कि इस बार प्रदूषण को कम करने के लिए हॉटस्पॉट पर विशेष निगरानी की जाएगी और 13 हॉटस्पॉट के लिए अलग-अलग कार्ययोजना बनाई जाएगी।

दिल्ली नगर निगम की ओर से स्वच्छता ही सेवा पखवाड़े के तहत सभी जोनों में सफाई पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में दिल्ली नगर निगम के नरेला जोन के अधिकारियों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और सफाई कर्मचारियों ने नरेला में कूड़े की सफाई की। ओर सफाई कर्मचारियों को स्वच्छता उपकरण भी वितरित किए गए। सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले सफाई कर्मचारियों को सम्मानित भी किया गया।  

वहीं शाहदरा उत्तरी क्षेत्र में और पीतमपुरा आवासीय क्षेत्र समेत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम व सफाई अभियान आयोजित किए।

दिल्‍ली सरकार बिजली से होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं में पीडितों को समय पर सहायता पहुंचाने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम उठाने जा रही है। दिल्ली विद्युत नियामक आयोग- डी.ई.आर.सी एक व्यापक दिशा निर्देश तैयार करेगा। इस दिशा-निर्देश का उद्देश्य बिजली से होने वाली घटनाओं को रोकना,सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना और दुर्घटना होने पर प्रभावित परिवारों की मदद के लिए पर्याप्त मुआवजा प्रदान करना होगा।

मुम्‍बई में गणेश विसर्जन के लिए एकत्र होने वाले भक्तों की भीड़ को देखते हुए मध्य रेलवे 29 सितंबर को दस विशेष उपनगरीय ट्रेनें चलाएगा। रेलवे ने यात्रियों से असुविधा से बचने के लिए सुरक्षित और उचित टिकट के साथ यात्रा करने का आग्रह किया है।

महाराष्ट्र के उपमुख्यमंत्री अजीत पवार ने मानगांव में एक विश्व स्तरीय खेल परिसर के निर्माण के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को लगभग 40-50 एकड़ भूमि को अंतिम रूप देने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया है । कल मुंबई में इस संबंध में एक समीक्षा बैठक करते हुए, श्री पवार ने कहा कि यह खेल परिसर सिंधुदुर्ग, रत्नागिरी, ठाणे और रायगढ़ जिलों में खेल प्रेमियों के लिए वरदान होगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से विभिन्न खेल विषयों की प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए संरचना की योजना बनाने को कहा।

The Tamilnadu Government announced its tourism policy for the first time by which it has given industry status to tourism and aims at attracting Rs. 20 thousand crore investment in the sector. This means tourism projects and stakeholders and others will become eligible for funds that come under development of industries and will lead to better employment opportunities and training. Priority sectors and destinations can be developed. The policy also promote theme park tourism, golf tourism and sports tourism by encouraging establishment of expansive recreational facilities in popular tourist areas like Chennai, Ooty, Rameswaram, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Trichy and Coimbatore.

Now news Bengaluru

A delegation led by Karnataka Large and Medium Industries Minister MB Patil is on a business promotion visit to the USA. It held discussions about increasing trade collaborations yesterday with RTX, formerly Raytheon, which is the world's largest aerospace and defence company. RTX houses the R&D centre in Bengaluru. Talks were held on enhancing supply chain connections and considering electronics manufacturing in Karnataka. Further, both sides expressed keenness in exploring partnerships with space industry startups for technology collaborations. Minister MB Patil emphasised enhancing partnerships with the government and educational institutions to nurture a talent pipeline. The delegation also held discussions with Intelstat. The primary focus was on

expanding the operational scope of the Indian subsidiary and exploring satellite sourcing opportunities from Indian space startups. MB Patil remarked that there is a need to explore collaboration opportunities in software solutions and the role of AI/ML in satellite communications. The meeting also discussed establishing a global capability centre as part of the long-term planning. In the US India SME Council meeting which witnessed the presence of over 30 CEOs, MB Patil apprised about investment opportunities in Karnataka. On the occasion, M.B.Patil was presented the Outstanding Business Promotion Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership in promoting business & investment for the development of the State of Karnataka.

In Hyderabad, elaborate arrangements are being made for the Ganesh Immersion processions to be held tomorrow in the limits of all police Commissionerates of Hyderabad, Cyderabad and Rachakonda. About 24 thousand personnel from different police departments will be deployed for bandobast across three Commissionerates. Hyderabad City Police Commissioner CV Anand has directed the authorities to take all safety measures and ensure smooth and secure experience to devotees. A temporary command and control centre has been set up to locally monitor the immersion process. The Cyberabad Police have deployed about 7,000 personnel on bandobast duties. Around 3,000 CCTV cameras were installed at various immersion points for the bandobast dog squads, anti-chain snatching teams and SHE teams will be in place.

Chennai is expected to have partly cloudy sky with possibility of moderate rain or Thunderstorm. The minimum temperature will be 24 degrees Celsius and the maximum will be around 36 degrees.

Bengaluru is expected to have a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. The minimum temperature will be 21 degrees Celsius and the maximum will be around 30 degrees.

Hyderabad is also expected to have a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. The temperature will hover between a minimum of 23 degrees and a maximum of 31 degrees Celsius.

Our first story is about Abhijita Gupta from Ghaziabad; who at the mere age of 10 years has penned 3 books .. Surprised :: isn’t it ? Not only this, more  than 10,000 copies of her books have been sold and numerous awards and recognitions including Grandmaster of Writing by Asia Book of Records and Global Child Prodigy 2022 have come her way. The young girl belongs to the third generation of the renowned poet, Rashtrakavi Maithilisharan Gupt. So no wonder that she is able to pen beautiful short stories and poems. Ever since she started going to school, Abhijita put into words almost everything she saw around herself. Be it the rain, nature, friends or parents. And her three books are “Happiness All Around " , “We Will Surely Sustain” and “To Begin with…The Little Things”. But all said and done ; Abhijita Gupta has her heart set on becoming a doctor. . She prefers the stethoscope to her pen, likes biology more than literature and wants to perform a surgery on her dolls rather than think of her next line. Well ! whatever she desires ; with her prowess, it is for sure that she will achieve great heights and influence many with her beautiful writings. Have you ever thought of gifting a piece of land on Moon to your near or dear ones ! I am sure your answer is NO! But recently , success of Chandrayaan 3  served as inspiration for a man named Mahato from Bengal, as he decided to purchase a piece of land on the Moon as a gift for his wife's birthday. Mahato and his wife often cherished moments beneath the Moon's light and one day, she jokingly asked if he could buy her the Moon. And so, on his wife's first birthday after their wedding, he seized the opportunity to give her a piece of lunar land as a sweet gesture of his promise to her. He shared the process of acquiring lunar property stating that he learned about the Luna Society International, an organization ,  that helped him buy an acre of land on the Moon. It took him approximately a year, to complete all the necessary

documentation and verifications. It's crucial to note that no one can legally own property in outer space at present. However, businesses have found a way to profit from couples enamoured with the Moon by providing them with “certificates" for purchased lunar land.

Most of the time you think of dogs and cats as pets; but , no one usually associates a cow as a typical pet. Isn’t it? But not any more. You can now have a mini cow right in your home!. This dwarf cattle known as Punganuru , which originated from the Chitoor District of Andhra Pradesh is among the world's smallest humped cattle breeds. The Punganuru which was on the verge of extinction has been recreated by Dr P Krishnam Raju from Kakinada Andhra Pradesh .Recent video which has gone viral shows these mini or miniature cows roaming around in the house, sleeping on the bed; playing with children.  Its average height is 70–90 cm and its weight is 115–200 kg. The cow has an average milk yield of 3 to 5 litres/day and has a daily feed intake of 5 kg. It is highly drought resistant, and able to survive exclusively on dry fodder. No wonder ; domestication of these friendly cows is becoming craze in urban areas too!

पुण्‍यतिथि

राजा राममोहन राय अब बात करते है उसकी जिनकी वे आप ब्रह्म समाज के संस्थापक, भारतीय भाषायी प्रेस के प्रवर्तक, जनजागरण और सामाजिक सुधार आंदोलन के प्रणेता तथा बंगाल में नव-जागरण युग के पितामह थे राजा राममोहन राय  की पुण्यतिथिः। धार्मिक और सामाजिक विकास के क्षेत्र में राजा राममोहन राय का नाम अग्रणी है।

उनके पूर्ण और निरन्तर समर्थन का ही प्रभाव था, जिसके कारण लॉर्ड विलियम बैंण्टिक 1829 में सती प्रथा को बन्द कराने में समर्थ हो सके।

Raja Ram Mohan Roy FRAS (22 May 1772 – 27 September 1833) He was given the title of Raja by Akbar II, the Mughal emperor. Roy is considered to be the "Father of Indian Renaissance" by many historians.

फ़िल्मी सफर

यश चोपड़ा ने 1959 में पहली बार अपने भाई के बैनर तले ही बनी फ़िल्म ‘धूल का फूल’ का निर्देशन किया।  वर्ष 1965 में आई फ़िल्म ‘वक्त’ यश चोपड़ा की पहली हिट फ़िल्म साबित हुई। इस फ़िल्म का गीत “ऐ मेरी जोहरा जबीं तुझे मालूम नहीं” दर्शकों को आज भी याद है

1973 में उन्होंने यश राज बैनर के तये। फ़िल्म दाग बनायीं जो हुई  । इसके बाद आई 1975 की फ़िल्म 'दीवार' जिसमें अमिताभ बच्चन ने अभिनय किया था। इस फ़िल्म की सफलता ने यश चोपड़ा को कामयाब निर्देशकों की श्रेणी में ला खड़ा किया।

लीवुड में रोमांस के अलग-अलग स्‍वरूप को परदे पर ढालने वाले यश चोपड़ा ने रोमांस को जितने रंगों में दिखाया उतना बॉलीवुड का कोई निर्देशक नहीं दिखा सका। यश चोपड़ा का छह बार राष्‍ट्रीय फिल्‍म पुरस्‍कार और आठ बार फिल्‍मफेयर पुरस्‍कार किया गया था। उनकी कुछ प्रमुख फिल्‍में हैं.....
