Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the BJP workers' Mahakumbh today in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.  This program has been organized at the Jamboree Ground in Bhopal on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. Further Our correspondent reports that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be felicitated by women for the Nari Shakti Vandan Act during the Karyakarta Mahakumbh in Bhopal.  On this occasion, Jan Ashirwad Yatras of Madhya Pradesh BJP will also conclude. These five yatras, taken out from all the major areas of state, collectively covered a distance of 10 thousand 800 km and more than one crore people were contacted during these yatras.  Along with these yatras, a membership campaign named 'Madhya Pradesh ke Mann Mein Modi' was also conducted and more than 25 lakh new members were registered.  According to the press release of BJP, 10 lakh party workers will participate in today's Mahakumbh.  

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह आज उत्तर प्रदेश के हिंडन गाजियाबाद में भारतीय वायु सेना के एयरबेस पर भारत ड्रोन शक्ति - 2023 का उद्घाटन करेंगे। भारतीय वायु सेना और ड्रोन फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया इस कार्यक्रम की सह-मेजबानी कर रहे हैं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्री सिंह औपचारिक रूप से सी-295 परिवहन विमान को भारतीय वायुसेना में शामिल करेंगे। भारत ने भारतीय वायु सेना AVRO बेड़े को बदलने के लिए 56 एयरबस C-295 विमानों के अधिग्रहण को औपचारिक रूप दे दिया है। 56, C295 विमानों के अधिग्रहण से मेक इन इंडिया पहल को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar held separate bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Mexico, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Armenia on the sidelines of the high-level UN General Assembly session in New York. In a social media post, he said, it was a pleasure to meet Alicia Bárcena Ibarra, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico. Dr. Jaishankar added, they discussed taking forward their privileged Partnership focusing on business, science & technology, education, economy and traditional medicine. They also exchanged views on the reforming multilateralism and their work together in G20. Dr. Jaishankar also met Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konakovic and discussed growing bilateral ties with a focus on trade and economy. He also met with Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan and appreciated his sharing assessment of the current situation in the Caucuses. Dr Jaishankar is in New York to attend the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly. He will address the High Level Session of the UNGA on tomorrow.

The Chennai Metropolitan authority and the State water resources department has said that in the next three months, attempts will be made to clean the canal to prevent the River Cooum in Chennai.The departments are trying out a bioremediation process to decontaminate the water channel and revive it. If the process is successful, it will be implemented in the Island ground and boating will be introduced once the stretch of River Cooum in that area becomes stench free. CMDA Minister P.K.Sekar Babu said that this was a trial run. Apoorva, Secretary, Housing and urban development said that the bio remediation measure will eat the sludge, change the colour of the water and make it clearer and will remove stench.

The Managing Director, M.A.Siddiqui of the Chennai Metro Limited said that the 16 km stretch from Power house to Poonamallee will be the first to open for public in 2025, while Thirumayilai and Stations on corridors 3 and 4 linking it may be the last to be commissioned in 2028.

Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy has said that a new chapter began in development of Railways in the country under the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was speaking at an event at the Kachiguda railway station in Hyderabad on the occasion of Prime Minister Nardendra Modi flagging off nine Vande Bharat trains, including the Kachiguda-Yeswantpur Vande Bharat Express, virtually. He said the modernisation of railway stations is going on in a big way and flagging off nine new Vande Bharat trains on a single day is a record. He said these trains connect 111 cities which include pilgrim centres, tourism destinations, commercial hubs. It may be recalled that the Kachiguda-Yeswantpur Vande Bharat Express is the third one originating from Telangana. He further said the Kachiguda-Yeswantpur Vande Bharat train connects the three states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

NCC Directorate Karnataka & Goa is hosting All India Vayu Sainik Camp 2023  at Bengaluru. Being the apex camp for air wing NCC, this camp will witness cadets from all over the country compete against each other in various disciplines that include microlight flying, aeromodelling, drill and firing. This camp is an annual event wherein all aspects of Air Wing NCC training are assessed by officers from Directorate General NCC. The cream of Air Wing NCC comprising of 608 cadets from 16 Directorates get a chance to be a part of this prestigious event. The cadets make it here after a gruelling selection process and in the process they get a chance to showcase their capabilities and give wings to their aviation dreams.The camp is being housed in Air Force Station Jalahalli, with the competitions being conducted in various dispersed locations in Bengaluru.

स्वच्छता ही सेवा पखवाड़ा के तहत उत्‍तर रेलवे द्वारा स्‍टेशन परिसर और उसके आस-पास के इलाकों में सफाई अभियान चलाया गया। स्‍वच्‍छता ही सेवा पखवाडा 15 सितम्‍बर से शुरू हुआ था जो अगले महीने की 2 तारीख तक चलेगा। स्‍वच्‍छता पखवाडा के 9वें दिन सफाई गतिविधि में सुधार के लिए बर्तनों की सफाई के साथ-साथ कचरा निपटान की भी जाँच की गई। इसके अलावा खानपान पदार्थ बेचने वाले विक्रेता, रसोइये और कैंटीन के संचालक आदि की जांच की गई। वहीं रेलवे स्टेशनों पर सूखे और गीले कूड़ेदान की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की गई और कर्मचारियों को कूड़े को अलग करने के लाभ के बारे में भी बताया गया।

दिल्ली नगर निगम के सभी विद्यालयों में कल अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइन भाषा दिवस मनाया गया। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ द्वारा 23 सितंबर को अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइन भाषा दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस वर्ष के अंतरराष्ट्रीय साइन भाषा दिवस का थीम है- एक ऐसा विश्व जहां कहीं भी मूक बधिर व्यक्ति साइन भाषा द्वारा संप्रेषण कर सकें। इस अवसर पर दिल्ली नगर निगम ने अपने स्कूलों में कई गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया। दिल्ली नगर निगम की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, निगम विद्यालयों के विशेष शिक्षकों द्वारा प्रार्थना सभा में साइन भाषा से संबंधित विषय पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इसके अलावा आनेवाले समय में विद्यालयों में साइन भाषा पर प्रतियोगिताएं भी आयोजित की जाएंगी। इन प्रतियोगिताओं के माध्यम से छात्र न केवल साइन भाषा सीख सकेंगे बल्कि मूक बधिर छात्रों के साथ मनोरंजक गतिविधियों में भाग भी ले सकेंगे। साइन भाषा के माध्यम से छात्र अपनी बात एक-दूसरे तक बिना बोले पहुंचाना सीख सकेंगे।

बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम गोरेगांव मुलुंड लिंक रोड (जीएमएलआर) पर कास्टिंग यार्ड के निर्माण के लिए ₹132 करोड़ आवंटित कर रहा है। सिविक अधिकारी ने कहा कि इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य यातायात की भीड़ को कम करना और पूर्वी और पश्चिमी उपनगरों के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण कनेक्शन प्रदान करना है। गोरेगांव फिल्म सिटी से मुलुंड पूर्व में खिंडीपाड़ा तक जुड़वां सुरंगों का निर्माण किया जाएगा। सुरंग के निर्माण के लिए आवश्यक गर्डरों की असेंबली और कंक्रीट संरचनाओं और बीमों के भंडारण के लिए एक कास्टिंग यार्ड स्थापित करें। जुड़वां सुरंगों को पूरा करने की अनुमानित समयसीमा 5 साल निर्धारित की गई है, जिसका काम अक्टूबर 2023 में शुरू होने वाला है।

नवी मुंबई को 450 मिलियन लीटर दैनिक जल आपूर्ति प्रदान करने वाला मोरबे बांध रविवार सुबह अपने उच्चतम जल स्तर 88 मीटर को पार कर गया। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, जैसे ही बांध में जलस्तर 88 मीटर के उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुंच गया, दोनों जल द्वार 15 सेमी तक खोल दिए गए और बांध से लगभग 675 क्यूसेक पानी छोड़ा गया। अधिकारियों का दावा है कि अगर बारिश जारी रही तो वे अतिरिक्त पानी छोड़ना जारी रखेंगे। इस सीजन में अब तक बांध पर लगभग 3540 मिमी बारिश हो चुकी है। इससे नवी मुंबईवासियों को पानी की समस्या से राहत मिली है।

3 अंटार्कटिका में मौजूद वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान कार्य में लगे हैं। अंटार्टिका का तापमान शून्‍य से 98 डिग्री नीचे तक पहुंचा जाता है।  और इस शोध कार्यो के बीच वैज्ञानिकों  ने भाषा की एक नई शैली  तैयार की है।  इसे 'अंटार्कटिका एक्सेंट' नाम दिया गया है। एक अध्ययन के अनुसार इसके लिए अंटार्कटिका में रहने वाले 11 वैज्ञानिकों की आवाज रिकॉर्ड की गई। इनमें से आठ ब्रिटिश, एक अमेरिकी, एक जर्मन और एक आयरलैंड के वैज्ञानिक शामिल थे। इनकी भाषा अलग थी, लेकिन उनके कई शब्द और बोलने का तरीका एक जैसा था। अध्ययन में पाया गया कि यहां रहने वाले वैज्ञानिक वॉवल्स यानी स्वरों का उच्चारण लंबा करते हैं।  बता दें कि अंटार्कटिका में करीब चार हजार वैज्ञानिक रहते हैं। ये सभी अलग-अलग देशों से आते हैं।

श्रीपति पण्डितराध्युल बालासुब्रमण्यम भारतीय सिनेमा के प्रसिद्ध पार्श्वगायकों में से एक थे। पार्श्वगायक होने के साथ-साथ वह एक अभिनेता, संगीत निर्देशक, गायक और फ़िल्म निर्माता भी थे। एस. पी. बालासुब्रमण्यम ने छह बार सर्वश्रेष्ठ पार्श्वगायक के लिए 'राष्ट्रीय फ़िल्म पुरस्कार' और आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 25 बार तेलुगू सिनेमा में 'नन्दी पुरस्कार' जीता। हिन्‍दी फिल्‍मों में उन्‍हें अभिनेता सलमान ख़ान आवाज़ कहा जाता था। फ़िल्म 'मैंने प्यार किया' के गाने हों या 'साजन' या फिर 'हम आपके हैं कौन'- इन सब फ़िल्मों में सलमान ख़ान को एस.पी. बालासुब्रमण्यम ने ही आवाज़ दी थी।

रुक्माबाई राउत भारत की प्रथम महिला चिकित्सक थीं। वह एक ऐतिहासिक क़ानूनी मामले के केंद्र में भी थीं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 'एज ऑफ कॉन्सेंट एक्ट, 1891' नामक क़ानून बना था। रुक्माबाई को डॉक्टर बनने की इच्छा थी और वे लोगों की सेवा करना चाहती थीं। उनके इस फैसले को घरवालों और लोगों का समर्थन मिला। इसके लिए 'लंदन स्कूल ऑफ़ मेडिसन' में भेजने और पढ़ाई के लिए एक फंड तैयार किया गया था। वहाँ से रुक्माबाई ने स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की और 1895 में वापस भारत लौटीं। रुक्माबाई ने सूरत के महिला अस्तपाल को चुना और जीवन भर डॉक्टरी की। डॉ. रुक्माबाई एक सामाजिक सुधारक भी थीं, जिन्होंने कई बुराईयों के लिए आवाज उठाई और महिला और बाल अधिकारों के लिए खुलकर बोला।

सतीश धवन भारत के प्रसिद्ध रॉकेट वैज्ञानिक थे। देश के अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रम को नई ऊँचाईयों पर पहुँचाने में उनका बहुत ही महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान था। एक महान् वैज्ञानिक होने के साथ-साथ प्रोफ़ेसर सतीश धवन एक बेहतरीन इनसान और कुशल शिक्षक भी थे। उन्हें भारतीय प्रतिभाओं पर बहुत भरोसा था। सतीश धवन को विक्रम साराभाई के बाद देश के अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रम की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई थी। वे 'इसरो' के अध्यक्ष भी नियुक्त किये गए थे। प्रोफ़ेसर धवन ने इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ साइंस में कई सकारात्मक बदलाव किए थे। उन्हें भारत  का  दूसरा  सर्वोच्च नागरिक सम्मान पद्म विभूषण 1981 में दिया गया।

Indian classical santoor player Rahul Sharma celebrates his birthday today learning from his father Shivkumar Sharma, Rahul has taken the santoor into world music with various collaborations, including Namaste India . he enjoyed his trip of blending classical santoor with western music he has collaborated with deep forest an electronic pop band smooth jazz fusion with saxophonist Kenny G and later enjoyed recording with pianist richard clayderman .
