भारत की जी-20 की अध्‍यक्षता के अंतर्गत जी-20 फ्रेमवर्क कार्यकारी समूह की अंतिम बैठक कल रायपुर में शुरू हुई। बैठक के पहले दिन कल नवीनतम वैश्विक आर्थिक दृष्टिकोण और प्रमुख  आर्थिक मुद्दों की नीतियों पर चर्चा हुई। इसके अलावा, अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय मुद्राकोष के विशेषज्ञों ने वैश्विक आर्थिक परिदृश्‍य को प्रभावित करने वाले बाहरी तथ्‍यों के बारे में भी प्रस्‍तुति दी।

The proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament will commence in the New Parliament Building from today. On the Second day of the Special Session of Parliament, Lok Sabha will assemble in the new building at 1.15 PM, while the Rajya Sabha will meet at 2.15 PM.

All the members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will assemble at the Central Hall of Parliament House in the morning for a joint group photograph. Afterward, a function will be held to commemorate the rich legacy of the Parliament of India and resolve to make Bharat a developed nation by 2047.

On shifting both the Houses of Parliament to new buildings, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, it is a very emotional moment to bid farewell to the old Parliament building. He said, we are shifting to the new building but the old building will keep on inspiring the coming generation as it is a golden chapter of the journey of Indian democracy.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressed hope that all the members will enter the new Parliament house with renewed hope and expectation. He expressed confidence that India’s democracy will attain new heights in the new building.

इस वित्त वर्ष के दौरान अब तक सकल प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह में 18 दशमलव 29 प्रतिशत की शानदार वृद्धि हुई है, जो नौ लाख 87 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। पिछले वित्त वर्ष में आठ लाख 34 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का सकल प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह दर्ज किया गया था। वित्त मंत्रालय ने एक बयान में बताया है कि प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह आठ लाख 65 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक दर्ज किया गया और यह पिछले वर्ष की इसी अवधि की तुलना में 23 दशमलव 51 प्रतिशत अधिक है। पिछले वित्त वर्ष में प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह सात लाख चार सौ 16 करोड़ रुपये था।

इस वित्त वर्ष का अग्रिम कर संग्रह 20 दशमलव 73 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि के साथ तीन लाख 55 हजार करोड़ रुपये रहा। पिछले वित्त वर्ष की इसी अवधि में अग्रिम कर संग्रह दो लाख 94 हजार चार सौ 33 करोड़ रुपये दर्ज किया गया था। मंत्रालय ने बताया है कि अब तक एक लाख 21 हजार करोड़ रुपये का रिफंड भी जारी किया जा चुका है।

The government will launch a series of transformative initiatives, aimed at revolutionizing agriculture in the country in New Delhi today. The  transformative initiatives, includes Kisan Rin Portal (KRP), Door to Door KCC Campaign and Weather Information Network Data Systems (WINDS) Manual.

These initiatives will be launched by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Narendra Singh Tomar. According to the Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare,  these initiatives aims to amplify financial inclusion, streamline data utilization, harness technology and enhance the livelihoods of the agricultural community. It said these initiatives will focus on agri-credit and crop insurance, keeping the welfare of farmers at their core. It added that these efforts and innovations will help in furthering the goal of agricultural transformation and sustainable economic growth for farming community of the country.

The Kisan Rin Portal (KRP), developed in collaboration with multiple government departments, is poised to revolutionize access to credit services under the Kisan Credit Card (KCC).  This digital platform offers a comprehensive view of farmer data, loan disbursement specifics, interest subvention claims and efficient agriculture credit.

The Ghar Ghar Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Abhiyaan is an ambitious campaign to extend the benefits of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme to every farmer across India. This campaign aims to achieve universal financial inclusion, ensuring that every farmer has unhindered access to credit facilities. The Ministry said total number of operative KCC accounts as on March 2023 are 7.35 Crores with total sanctioned limit of 8.85 lakh crores rupees.

The Weather Information Network Data Systems (WINDS) initiative is an instrumental innovation, leverages advanced weather data analytics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on weather.

भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड-बी सी सी आई ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया के साथ तीन मैचों की एकदिवसीय श्रृंखला के लिए भारतीय टीम की घोषणा कर दी है। बी सी सी आई के मुख्य चयनकर्ता अजीत अगरकर ने इसके लिए दो अलग-अलग टीमों की घोषणा की। शुरुआती दो मैचों में रोहित शर्मा की गैर मौजूदगी में के.एल राहुल टीम के कप्तान और रवींद्र जड़ेजा उप कप्तान होंगे। रोहित शर्मा, विराट कोहली और ऑलराउंडर हार्दिक पंड्या को पहले दो एकदिवसीय मैच के लिए आराम दिया गया है। हालांकि, तीसरे और अंतिम एकदिवसीय मैच में ये तीनों खिलाड़ी टीम में मौजूद रहेंगे। पहला एकदिवसीय मैच शुक्रवार को मोहाली में खेला जाएगा। चयनकर्ताओं ने स्पिन गेंदबाज रविचन्‍द्रन अश्विन और वाशिंगटन सुन्‍दर को भारतीय दल में शामिल किया है।

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated today across the country with great devotion. The day marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, who is a symbol of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune. People place clay idols of Lord Ganesha in their home and worship them during the 10-day long festival. Ganesh Chaturthi is a major attraction in Maharashtra, where people celebrate it with great zeal.

The illumination of the iconic shore temple in Mamallapuram is now done through solar power as the Green India Project was officially completed and handed over to the Chengalpattu district administration. As part of the project, a solar control room with a 30 KW plant has been set up to power the entire heritage site and the surplus energy goes to the grid. Retractable bollards to control the vehicle movement, an RO plant with three kiosks to deliver 500 litres of water per hour, 25 stone benches and a selfie point have also been established as part of the project. Electric buggies are also operated inside the shore temple campus to ferry the elderly and pregnant women. The shore temple is the first UNESCO declared heritage site in the Country to get such facilities.

The Chengalpet town will be getting decongested as the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority has invited tenders to construct a state of the art bus terminus. The facility is expected to be completed in a year. The town has narrow roads and the traffic is chaotic as too many buses come inside . The new bus terminus will come up at Venpakkam on 14 acres of land at a cost of Rs. 40 crore near the new collectorate. It will have 46 bus bays in the terminal. 61 bays in the depot and parking space for 67 four wheelers and 782 two wheelers. There will be 30 shops, restaurants, lobby, ticket counters, a tourist information centre, cloak rooms, feeding rooms, crew rest rooms and passenger dormitory. The new terminus will have state of the art facilities . CMDA Minister Sekar Babu said that this will be an important facility for the growing population in the district.

The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) is in the process of procuring 120 mini-buses to cater as metro feeder services, and serve the last mile connectivity in the city of Bengaluru.

BMTC is in the process of procuring 120 mini-buses which will be electric vehicles and run as metro feeder service. They will operate on narrow roads and cover interior places in city limits as well as on the outskirts. Now, there are MIDI buses operating in the city routes as well as metro feeder buses which have huge demand among the commuters.  Currently, the BMTC, under the Union government’s Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) Fame II project has procured 390 electric buses. The BMTC corporation will induct air conditioned airport bus services, including around 200 air conditioned electric buses to the airport fleet.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) is to visit Telangana from 3rd of next month to assess poll preparedness in the state. Announcing this, Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj said during the three-day visit, the ECI will engage with various stakeholders, evaluate poll readiness and foster community interaction. Telangana is one of the five states scheduled to go to the Polls later this year. The high level ECI team will be conducting a crucial meeting with National and state-recognised political parties and engage with Enforcement Agencies to deliberate on vital matters concerning the upcoming elections. The team will assess the poll preparedness at the grassroots level and take presentations from the District Election Officers, Superintendents and Commissioners of Police from all 33 districts oof Telangana. As per the official statement, the EC team will actively interact with State Icons, Persons with Disabilities voters, and the young electorate to promote awareness and participation in the democratic process. Besides, the ECI team will have a meeting with the Chief Secretary and the Director-General of Police  to align their efforts with state administration and security agencies.

दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय छात्र संघ- डूसू चुनाव को लेकर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति और डूसू के संरक्षक प्रोफेसर योगेश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक में डूसू चुनाव 2023-24 से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों जैसे सामान्य व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा उपायों आदि पर चर्चा की गई। इस दौरान कुलपति ने चुनाव से पहले की स्थिति का जायजा लिया और चुनाव के लिए की जाने वाली व्यवस्थाओं के बारे में विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकारियों, कॉलेजों के प्राचार्यों, हॉलों और हॉस्टलों के प्रोवोस्टस व पुलिस अधिकारियों के साथ संयुक्त रूप से बातचीत की।

दिल्‍ली सरकार जी-20 के तर्ज़ पर अब पूरी दिल्ली को खूबसूरत बनाने की तैयारी कर रही है। इस दिशा में लोक निर्माण विभाग मंत्री आतिशी ने अधिकारियों के साथ मध्य दिल्ली में शंकर रोड और पूसा रोड का निरीक्षण किया। सुश्री आतिशी ने अधिकारियों को सड़कों को रि-डिजाइन कर स्वच्छ, सुंदर और यूजर फ्रेंडली बनाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्‍होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सड़कों को बेहतर बनाने के क्रम में सभी बारीकियों का ध्यान रखा जाए और इसकी खूबसूरती को बढ़ाने के लिए हर जरुरी कदम उठाया जाये। सुश्री आतिशी ने कहा कि जी-20 के दौरान पूरी दुनिया ने दिल्ली की जिस खूबसूरती को देखा उसे अब दिल्ली के कोने-कोने तक लेकर जायेंगे।

दिल्ली नगर निगम ने भारतीय स्वच्छता लीग 2.0 के तहत अपने सभी जोनों में विभिन्न स्वच्छता संबंधी गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया। इसका उद्देश्य दिल्ली को देश का सबसे स्वच्छ शहर बनाने के लिए नागरिकों की भागीदारी को बढ़ाना था।

भारतीय स्वच्छता लीग 2.0 के तहत निगम के जोन, भारत दर्शन पार्क में स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय लोगों, छात्रों और आरडब्ल्यूए के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। शहर को स्वच्छ और कचरा मुक्त रखने का संदेश फैलाने के लिए एक प्लॉग रन और जागरूकता रैली भी आयोजित की गई। वालंटियर की एक टीम ने सतत अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए थ्री-आर (रिड्यूज, रियूज और रिसाइकल) की थीम पर आधारिक नुक्कड़ नाटक का भी मंचन किया।

सीआर ने सीएसएमटी से कोल्हापुर तक विशेष गणपति उत्सव ट्रेन सेवा की घोषणा की गणपति उत्सव के दौरान यात्रियों की अतिरिक्त भीड़ को समायोजित करने के प्रयास में, मध्य रेलवे ने एक तरफा विशेष ट्रेन सेवा की घोषणा की। ट्रेन, संख्या 01099, मुंबई में छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस (सीएसएमटी) से कोल्हापुर तक चलेगी, जो यात्रियों के लिए सुविधाजनक यात्रा सुनिश्चित करेगी। विशेष ट्रेन में कुल 24 कोच शामिल हैं, जो यात्रियों के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की कक्षाएं प्रदान करती हैं।

मुंबई पुलिस ने गणेश उत्सव के लिए यातायात दिशानिर्देश जारी किए मुंबई पुलिस ने सोमवार को कहा कि गणेश चतुर्थी समारोह के दौरान मुंबई के विभिन्न हिस्सों में यातायात प्रतिबंध रहेगा। पुलिस ने बताया कि आवश्यक वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति करने वाले वाहनों पर कोई रोक नहीं होगी। पुलिस ने यह भी कहा कि 21, 24, 26 और 29 सितंबर को दक्षिण मुंबई में सभी प्रकार के भारी वाहनों और निजी बसों की आवाजाही पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा।

श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी बंदरगाह प्राधिकरण  कोलकाता में श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी पोर्ट ट्रस्ट अथॉरिटी ने रेफ्रिजरेटेड कंटेनर के उपयोग के लिए बिजली शुल्क 25 प्रतिशत कम करने का निर्णय लिया है। इन प्रशीतित कंटेनरों का उपयोग खराब होने वाले माल को रखने के लिए किया जाता है। यह छूट सितंबर 2024 तक जारी रहेगी। बायोडिग्रेडेबल वस्तुएं कोल्ड चेन सिस्टम में न रखने पर नष्ट हो जाती हैं। इन वस्तुओं को जहाजों में लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग से पहले और बाद में ठंडे कंटेनर में रखा जाता है। खराब होने वाली वस्तुओं में सब्जियां, फल, दवाइयां आदि शामिल हैं। पोर्ट अथॉरिटी के इस फैसले से व्यापारियों को मदद मिलेगी।

3 अंटार्कटिका में मौजूद वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान कार्य में लगे हैं। अंटार्टिका का तापमान शून्‍य से 98 डिग्री नीचे तक पहुंचा जाता है।  और इस शोध कार्यो के बीच वैज्ञानिकों  ने भाषा की एक नई शैली  तैयार की है।  इसे 'अंटार्कटिका एक्सेंट' नाम दिया गया है। एक अध्ययन के अनुसार इसके लिए अंटार्कटिका में रहने वाले 11 वैज्ञानिकों की आवाज रिकॉर्ड की गई। इनमें से आठ ब्रिटिश, एक अमेरिकी, एक जर्मन और एक आयरलैंड के वैज्ञानिक शामिल थे। इनकी भाषा अलग थी, लेकिन उनके कई शब्द और बोलने का तरीका एक जैसा था। अध्ययन में पाया गया कि यहां रहने वाले वैज्ञानिक वॉवल्स यानी स्वरों का उच्चारण लंबा करते हैं।  बता दें कि अंटार्कटिका में करीब चार हजार वैज्ञानिक रहते हैं। ये सभी अलग-अलग देशों से आते हैं।

The completely selfless and devoted music seeker Bhatkhande made the first modern attempt to stematically, classify and standardize Hindustani classical music in a scientific way.

हिन्दी के सम्मानित कवियों में गिने जाते थे। कुंवर जी की प्रतिष्ठा और आदर हिन्दी साहित्य की भयानक गुटबाजी के परे सर्वमान्य है। उनकी ख्याति सिर्फ़ एक लेखक की तरह ही नहीं, बल्कि कला की अनेक विधाओं में गहरी रुचि रखने वाले रसिक विचारक के समान भी है। कुंवर नारायण को अपनी रचनाशीलता में इतिहास और मिथक के माध्यम से वर्तमान को देखने के लिए जाना जाता है। उनका रचना संसार इतना व्यापक एवं जटिल है कि उसको कोई एक नाम देना सम्भव नहीं है। फ़िल्म समीक्षा तथा अन्य कलाओं पर भी उनके लेख नियमित रूप से पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में छपते रहे हैं। आपने अनेक अन्य भाषाओं के कवियों का हिन्दी में अनुवाद किया है और उनकी स्वयं की कविताओं और कहानियों के कई अनुवाद विभिन्न भारतीय और विदेशी भाषाओं में छपे हैं। 'आत्मजयी' का 1989 में इतालवी अनुवाद रोम से प्रकाशित हो चुका है। 'युगचेतना' और 'नया प्रतीक' तथा 'छायानट' के संपादक-मण्डल में भी कुंवर नारायण रहे हैं।

कुंवर नारायण को 2009 में वर्ष 2005 के 'ज्ञानपीठ पुरस्कार' से सम्मानित किया गया। 6 अक्टूबर को राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा पाटिल ने उन्हें देश के सबसे बड़े साहित्यिक सम्मान से सम्मानित किया। कुंवर जी को 'साहित्य अकादमी पुरस्कार', 'व्यास सम्मान', केरल का 'कुमार आशान पुरस्कार', 'प्रेमचंद पुरस्कार', 'तुलसी पुरस्कार', 'उत्तर प्रदेश हिन्दी संस्थान पुरस्कार', 'राष्ट्रीय कबीर सम्मान', 'शलाका सम्मान', 'मेडल ऑफ़ वॉरसा यूनिवर्सिटी', पोलैंड और रोम के 'अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रीमियो फ़ेरेनिया सम्मान' और 2009 में 'पद्मभूषण' से भी सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।

सुनीता विलियम्स (अंग्रेज़ी:Sunita Williams, जन्म: 19 सितंबर, 1965) अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी 'नासा' के माध्यम से अंतरिक्ष जाने वाली भारतीय मूल की दूसरी महिला हैं। यह भारत के गुजरात के अहमदाबाद से ताल्लुक रखती है। इन्होंने एक महिला अंतरिक्ष यात्री के रुप में 194 दिन, 18 घंटे रहकर नया विश्व कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है। उनके पिता दीपक पांड्या अमेरिका में एक डॉक्टर हैं।

जून 1998 में उनका अमेरिका की अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा में चयन हुआ और प्रशिक्षण शुरू हुआ। सुनीता भारतीय मूल की दूसरी महिला हैं जो अमरीका के अंतरिक्ष मिशन पर गईं। सुनीता विलियम्स ने सितंबर / अक्तूबर 2007 में भारत का दौरा भी किया। जून, 1998 से नासा से जुड़ी सुनीता ने अभी तक कुल 30 अलग-अलग अंतरिक्ष यानों में 2770 उड़ानें भरी हैं। साथ ही सुनीता सोसाइटी ऑफ एक्सपेरिमेंटल टेस्ट पायलेट्स, सोसाइटी ऑफ फ्लाइट टेस्ट इंजीनियर्स और अमेरिकी हैलिकॉप्टर एसोसिएशन जैसी संस्थाओं से भी जुड़ी हुई हैं।
