गुजरात में विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार चरम पर है। सभी राजनीतिक दलों के वरिष्ठ नेता मतदाताओं को अपने पक्ष में करने का हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज चार जनसभाओं को संबोधित करेंगे। वे मोडासा, पालनपुर, दाहेगाम और बावला में चुनावी रैलियां करेंगे। भाजपा अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा, अनेक केंद्रीय मंत्री और पार्टी पदाधिकारियों के भी विभिन्न स्थानों पर रैलियों को संबोधित करने का कार्यक्रम है। कॉंग्रेस के नेता मोहन प्रकाश कच्छ में और तारिक़ अनवर भुज में जनसभायें करेंगे। आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता भी विभिन्न स्थानों पर चुनाव प्रचार करेंगे। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया कि गुजरात के चुनावी इतिहास में पहली बार 139 महिला उम्मीदवार चुनाव मैदान में हैं। विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण के लिए पहली दिसम्‍बर और दूसरे चरण के लिए पांच दिसम्‍बर को वोट डाले जाएंगे। मतगणना 8 दिसंबर को होगी।

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will grace the 400th birth anniversary celebrations of great Ahom General Lachit Barphukan in New Delhi this evening. The three-day long event, organized by the Assam government, began in the national capital yesterday.  On the first day, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated the exhibition, being organized as a part of the event. Through the mega event, the state government aims to create awareness among the national and international audience about the heroics of the great Ahom commander, who defeated the Mughals in the famous battle of Saraighat. Several events are also being held across Assam to commemorate the 400th birth anniversary of Lachit Barphukan.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मोटा अनाज वर्ष 2023 के दौरान भारत में वर्ष भर चलने वाले कार्यक्रमों का अग्रिम शुभारंभ आज नई दिल्ली में होगा। विदेश मंत्री डॉ. एस. जयशंकर और कृषि मंत्री नरेन्द्र सिंह तोमर इन कार्यक्रमों के सफल आयोजन के लिये सरकार की तैयारियों की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत करेंगे। भारत में 60 से अधिक देशों के उच्चायुक्तों और राजदूतों के भी शुभारंभ-कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की संभावना है। इसका उद्देश्य भारत के पौष्टिक अनाजों के बारे में जागरुकता बढ़ाना औऱ इससे संबंधित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वर्ष के सफल आयोजन के लिये अन्य देशों के साथ प्रयास करना है। हाल में बाली में जी-20 शिखर सम्मेलन में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पारंपरिक मोटे अनाज के लाभों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा था कि इनसे कुपोषण और भूख की वैश्विक समस्या हल हो सकती है। श्री मोदी ने यह भी कहा था कि भारत सतत खाद्य सुरक्षा के लिए प्राकृतिक कृषि और बाजरा,जौ,ज्वार,मक्का जैसे मोटे अनाजों को बढ़ावा दे रहा है। उन्होंने अगले वर्ष पूरे उत्साह के साथ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मोटा अनाज वर्ष मनाने का आग्रह किया था।

World Health Organization(WHO) has warned that there is now an imminent threat of measles spreading in various regions globally, as COVID-19 led to a steady decline in vaccination coverage and weakened surveillance of the disease. In a joint report, the WHO and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released yesterday said, a record high of nearly 40 million children missed a measles vaccine dose last year due to the COVID pandemic. WHO's measles lead Patrick O'Connor said, while measles cases have not yet gone up dramatically compared to previous years, now is the time to act. He said, we are at a crossroads and it is going to be a very challenging 12-24 months trying to mitigate this. Measles is one of the most contagious human viruses and is almost entirely preventable through vaccination. However, it requires 95 percent vaccine coverage to prevent outbreaks among populations.

सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर ने कहा है कि डिजिटल मीडिया के विनियमन के लिए सरकार जल्‍द ही एक कानून लाएगी। कल जयपुर में एक समाचार पत्र के रजत जयंती समारोह में श्री ठाकुर ने कहा कि अब डिजिटल मीडिया से जुड़े पत्रकारों को भी मान्‍यता मिलेगी। उन्‍होंने कहा कि पहले समाचार प्रसार एक पक्षीय था लेकिन अब इलेक्‍ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के विकास के साथ यह बहुआयामी हो गया है। श्री ठाकुर ने मीडिया से अपना काम पूरी जिम्‍मेदारी से करने तथा भय और भ्रम का माहौल बनाने से बचने का आग्रह किया।

The Central Bureau of Narcotics has busted inter-state drug cartels involved in trafficking of illicit Opium from North East India to Rajasthan. It has seized 272 kilogram of illicit Opium worth 14 crore rupees in the international market. After receiving specific intelligence that drug traffickers of Rajasthan were using trawler trucks having specially built cavities for smuggling huge quantities of illicit opium, officers of CBN initiated action to bust these inter-state cartels. On 15th of this month, it seized 95 packets of Opium weighing around 103 kg in Jaipur.

देश की मध्यम दूरी की बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल अग्नि-3 का कल ओड़िसा के ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम द्वीप से सफल परीक्षण किया गया। यह रणनीतिक बल कमान के नियमित प्रशिक्षण का एक हिस्सा था। रक्षा मंत्रालय ने बताया कि अग्नि-3 का परीक्षण निर्धारित दूरी और प्रणाली के संचालनगत सभी मापदंडों पर खरा उतरा।

भारतीय नौसेना का हिन्‍द-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय संवाद 2022 कल नई दिल्‍ली में शुरू हुआ। यह उच्‍चस्‍तरीय क्षेत्रीय रणनीतिक संवाद तीन दिन चलेगा। इस वार्षिक अंतर्राष्‍ट्रीय सम्‍मेलन का उद्देश्‍य हिन्‍द-प्रशांत क्षेत्र से जुड़े समुद्री मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श बढ़ाना है। रक्षा राज्‍य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने कहा कि भारत समुद्र से जुड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है। उन्‍होंने देश की समुद्री क्षमता बढ़ाने, सागर सम्‍पदा के सतत प्रबंधन और सैन्‍य क्षमता सुदृढ़ करने पर बल दिया। नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल आर. हरि कुमार ने हिन्‍द- प्रशांत क्षेत्र में समुद्री स‍हयोग बढ़ाने में भारतीय नौसेना के प्रयासों को रेखांकित किया।

In the FIFA World Cup, Belgium registered win over Canada, 1-0 in their opening Group F match at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium in Qatar last night. In the other matches of the day yesterday, Spain thrashed Costa Rica 7-0 in their opening Group E fixture at the Al Thumama Stadium. After leading 3-0 at the half-time, Spain scored four more goals in the second-half to outclass the Central American team. In the second massive upset of the tournament, Japan stunned four times champions Germany 2-1 in their Group-E opener at Khalifa International Stadium. lkay Gundogan opened the scoring for Germany in the 33rd minutes of the first half through Penalty after David Raum was brought down in 18-yard box by the Japan goalkeeper.  

Japan's Doan equalised the score in the 75 minutes of the second half while Asano scored the all important goal in the 83rd minute of the second half.

In another encounter, Morocco held 2018 World Cup runners-up Croatia to a goalless draw at Al Bayt Stadium. While Croatia held possession for significant part in the match, but didn't create any threat apart from a first half effort by Nikola Vlasic.

Southern Railway will introduce Linke Hofmann Busch coaches in six trains. The trains with these coaches are Chennai Chhapra Biweekly superfast express, SriSathysai Prashanthi Nilayam weekly superfast express, New Jalpaiguri weekly superfast express trains.

The State Government will form a surgical audit committee that will review random and special cases to prevent the repetition of errors and initiate corrective measures. State Health Minister Ma.Subramanian said that four committees would be formed in the State with doctors from medical, surgical, anaesthetic and orthopaedic teams. A 65 page handbook on State surgical Protocol and checklist for doctors was released today. The book is for doctors to adopt international protocols and guidelines to standardise safety norms before surgery, during the procedure, post surgery and after discharge. The book details the checklists including forms that must be filled and tests that must be done in hospital by the surgical and anaesthetic teams, safety measures to be undertaken by orthopaedic surgeons, the role of nurses and surgical speciality specific precautions for neurosurgery, ophthalmology including others.

A Greater Chennai Corporation School in Kolathur  will get a football turf and a basket ball court. The school will be renovated with smart classrooms, modern benches and wall paintings. The school will have greenery, a waiting area with benches for parents, traditional hand art in walls, water treatment plant, a podium and seating arrangements for students at a cost of Rs. 4 Crore with funding from French bank AFD. The football turf in artificial grass will also facilitate students playing cricket and other games like Kho Kho. he civic body is set to have outdoor classrooms in its schools, with seating arrangements under trees and shelters. The digital infrastructure includes smart classrooms, wifi enabled campuses and school management system to have a data base of students.

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that he will write to all the Chief Ministers of South India to share intelligence information. Speaking to media persons today, he said that the exchange of information is vital to check the sleeper cells and act against terror activities. He also said that criminals commit crime in one state and hide in the neighbouring states. The Chief Minister ruled out intelligence failure as the reason for Mangaluru pressure cooker explosion. He said that such incidents have happened during Congress rule too.

Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot visited the world class railway terminal in Bengaluru named after Sir M Vishveshvarayya. Offering a flower tribute to the statue of statesman Sir MVishveshvarayya in the terminal, he planted a sapling. The Governor saw various facilities provided in the station. The South Western Railways Bangalore Divisional Manager Shyam Singh briefed the Governor about the Terminal.

Telangana Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj has informed that a special electoral enrolment drive will be organised on 26th and 27th  of this month and 3rd and 4th next month to enable people to enrol themselves in the voter list. The CEO convened a meeting with representatives of political parties and appraised them of the ongoing Special Summary Revision (SSR) of electoral rolls. He stated that during the special enrolment drive the Block Level Officers will be available at the polling stations to receive application forms. He said that the SSR activities have been progressing in a robust manner since August this year and the draft roll was published earlier during this month.

और अब दिल्‍ली, मुंबई, कोलकाता के समाचारों पर नजर डालते हैं

केंद्र सरकार में मंत्री और भाजपा नेता मीनाक्षी लेखी ने धनशोधन मामले में जेल में बंद दिल्ली सरकार में मंत्री सत्येन्द्र जैन के ताजा विडियो को लेकर दिल्‍ली सरकार की आलोचना की है। श्रीमती लेखी ने कहा कि जेल से श्री जैन के विडियो सामने आने से यह साबित होता है कि आपराधिक छवि के लोग राजनीति को बदनाम कर रहे हैं। श्रीमती लेखी ने मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को निशाना बनाते हुए कहा है कि वह अपने मंत्री को बर्खास्त करने के बजाय, उसे जेल में सारी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवा रहे हैं।

भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदेश गुप्ता ने कहा है कि निगम में उनकी सरकार आने के बाद राजधानी में पार्किंग की समस्या को पूरी तरह से खत्म कर दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा है कि भाजपा शासित निगम द्वारा दिल्ली में सौ से अधिक आधुनिक पार्किंग स्‍थलों का निर्माण करवाया गया है। सत्ता में वापसी के बाद इस काम को आगे बढ़ाया जायेगा। श्री गुप्ता ने कहा कि राजधानी में सार्वजनिक परिवहन व्यवस्था के ध्वस्त होने से पार्किंग की समस्या बढ़ी है।

दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष चौधरी अनिल कुमार ने कल प्रदेश कार्यालय में  नगर निगम चुनावों को लेकर पार्टी के विजन दस्तावेज के अंतर्गत एक और घोषणा जारी किया। इसके अंतर्गत संपत्ति कर को- 'पिछला माफ, अगला हाफ, गांव में पूर्ण साफ और एम सी डी से भ्रष्टाचार पूरा साफ' करने की घोषणा की है। इस अवसर पर श्री कुमार ने कहा है कि निगम में उनकी पार्टी की सरकार आने पर निगम से भ्रष्टाचार और इंस्पेक्टर राज को समाप्त किया जायेगा।

राजधानी के द्वारका जिले के नारकोटिक्स सेल ने उत्तम नगर क्षेत्र से एक विदेशी मादक पदार्थ तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया है। इसके पास से एक किलो आठ सौ ग्राम से अधिक मात्रा में उच्च गुणवत्ता की हेरोइन जब्त की गई है, जिसकी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कीमत पांच करोड़ से अधिक आंकी गई है। पुलिस ने बताया है कि पकड़ा गया तस्कर नाइजीरिया मूल का है।

दिल्ली के अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान के सर्वर में साइबर सुरक्षा में सेंध की खबर है। इस कारण अस्पताल की डिजिटल सेवाएं जैसे-स्मार्ट लैब, बिलिंग, रिपोर्ट तैयार करना तथा अन्य सेवाएं प्रभावित हुई हैं। ये सभी सेवाएं फिलहाल मैनुअल मोड पर चल रही हैं।

'वर्ल्ड हेरिटेज वीक 2022' का आयोजन भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण और सेंट जेवियर्स कॉलेज, मुंबई द्वारा किया जाता है। मुंबई के म्यूजियम सोसाइटी के अध्यक्ष डॉ. फिरोजा गोदरेज ने मुंबई के सेंट जेवियर्स कॉलेज परिसर में विश्व विरासत स्मारकों और स्मारक संरक्षण पर एक फोटो प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया। प्रदर्शनी का एक विशेष आकर्षण दो समकालीन शासकों, रूस के पीटर द ग्रेट और मराठा स्वराज्य के संस्थापक छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज पर प्रदर्शनी का विशेष खंड है। प्रदर्शनी 25 नवंबर 2022 तक सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक खुली रहेगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार वनों और जानवरों के संरक्षण के लिए दो हजार से अधिक वन रक्षकों की नियुक्ति करेगी। कोलकाता विधानसभा में कल प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कहा कि स्थानीय युवाओं को यह काम सौंपा जाएगा। सीएम ने यह भी बताया कि हाथियों की संख्या बढ़ रही है, हाथी भोजन की तलाश में आसपास के रिहायशी इलाकों में प्रवेश कर रहे हैं और अपनी जान गंवा रहे हैं। हाथियों की हत्या पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए वन विभाग को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं। वन मंत्री श्री ज्योतिप्रियो मल्लिक ने कहा कि उत्तर और दक्षिण बंगाल में हाथियों की आवाजाही के लिए कुल आठ कॉरिडोर बनाए जा रहे हैं। यदि यह उपाय सफल होता है तो और अधिक प्रयास किए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने वन विभाग को दूर दराज के गांवों में रहने वाले लोगों के सुरक्षित आवागमन के लिए सुंदरबन वन पथों में स्‍ट्रीट लाइट लगाने का भी निर्देश दिया है, जिन्हें यात्रा करने के लिए वन मार्गों का उपयोग करना पड़ता है।

अब वक्त है कुछ मशहूर हस्तियों को याद करने का-

विश्व के इतिहास में अपने धर्म और अपने सिद्धांतों की रक्षा के लिए प्राणों को आहुत कर देने वालों में गुरु तेग़ बहादुर का नाम आदर से लिया जाता है। 1675 में आज ही के दिन गुरू तेग़ बहादुर जी ने हिंदुओं और हिन्दू धर्म की रक्षा के लिए बलिदान दे दिया था। गुरू तेग़ बहादुर सिक्खों के नौवें गुरु थे। तेग़ बहादुर सिंह 20 मार्च, 1664 को सिक्खों के 9वें गुरु नियुक्त हुए थे और 24 नवंबर, 1675 तक गद्दी पर आसीन रहे।

नरसिम्हा रेड्डी  भारत के प्रथम स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे। वह पहले देशभक्त थे, जिन्होंने ब्रिटिस शासन के ख़िलाफ़ विद्रोह किया। नरसिम्हा रेड्डी ने वर्ष 1847 में किसानों पर हो रहे अत्याचारों के विरुद्ध आवाज़ उठाई और अंग्रेज़ों से लोहा लिया।

Sir Chhotu Ram (24 November 1881 – 9 January 1945), was a prominent politician and thinker from the Punjab province of British India. He worked in the interest of the poor of the Indian subcontinent. For this achievement, he was given the title of ‘Knight’ in 1937. Born in the Jhajjar district, this militant young student became the superintendent of the Jat hostel in Agra in 1911. He obtained his law degree in 1911. Staying here, Chhotu ram Ji made a deep study of the social condition of the Meerut and Agra division. In 1912, Chaudhary started advocacy with Lalchand and formed the Jat Sabha in the same year. During the First World War, Chaudhary Chhotu Ram ji got 22,144 Jat soldiers recruited from Rohtak, which was half of all other soldiers. This law came into effect on 2 September 1938. According to this, no moneylender will be able to give a loan to anyone without registration nor will he be able to sue the farmers in court. Due to this act an army of moneylenders came under control. He was Born on 24 November 1881 in Haryana.

जिस दौर में हिन्‍दी सिनेमा में एंग्री यंग मैन का बोलबाला था, जब लोग ऐसे नायकों को देखना पसंद करते थे जो समाज से जुल्‍म और बुराई को मिटाने के लिए पर्दे पर आता थाए उस दौर में एक अभिनेता रंग मंच की दुनिया में कदम रखता है और अपनी संवाद अदायगी से अपनी सहज कॉमेडी से सबको अपना दीवाना बना देता हैं। अभिनय से सभी का दिल जीतने के बाद आजकल वे एक निर्देशक के रूप में सक्रिय हैं। और वो अभिनेता और निर्देशक हैं अमोल पालेकर जिनका आज जन्‍म दिन है। वह भारत के पहले अभिनेता हैं जिनकी डेब्यू फ़िल्म ने सिल्वर जुबली मनायी। उसके बाद प्रदर्शित उनकी अगली दो फिल्‍में भी हिट रहीं। अमोल पालेकर ने 1974 में ‘रजनीगंधा’ फ़िल्म से डेब्यू किया था। इसके बाद 1975 में 'छोटी सी बात' और 1976 में ‘चितचोर’ आई और इन तीन फिल्‍मों ने कमाल कर दिया था। अमोल का जन्म 24 नवंबर, 1944 को मुम्बई में हुआ। जे.जे. स्कूल ऑफ आर्ट से पढ़ाई की। इनकी पहली हिंदी फ़िल्म ‘रजनीगंधा’ की सफलता ने इन्हें इसी तर्ज की कई कम बजट वाली कॉमेडी फ़िल्में दिलाई। बासु चटर्जी और ऋषिकेश मुखर्जी की चितचोर, छोटी सी बात तथा गोलमाल 70 के दशक की सफल कॉमेडी फ़िल्में रहीं।

His image as a "boy next door" contrasted with the larger-than-life heroes prevalent at that time in Indian cinema. He received one Filmfare award and six State awards as Best Actor. His performances in regional language films in Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam and Kannada fetched him critical acclaim as well. He decided not to act after 1986 in order to concentrate on filmmaking.
