Surging Coronavirus cases in Europe and new lockdowns in China result in dipping oil prices

Oil prices today dipped as bullish signals from Chinese import data and U.S. crude oil stocks draws were outweighed by surging Coronavirus cases in Europe and new lockdowns in China.

Brent crude prices were trading around USD 55.80 per barrel while WTI crude prices were around USD 53.80 per barrel.
