President Draupadi Murmu to lay foundation stone of new building of MP High Court
During the 12th convocation of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University in Baripada, Odisha on Saturday, President Droupadi Murmu stated that education is a continuous process, and obtaining a degree does not mark the end of it. She highlighted that while competition is a natural aspect of life, cooperation is its beautiful side, and it is essential to achieve success in every walk of life.
President Murmu urged the students to keep acquiring higher skills and strive for greater efficiency, as this can enable them to overcome impossible obstacles with their willpower. She further encouraged them to extend their support to the deprived and build a healthy society based on generosity and cooperation.
President Droupadi Murmu concluded her three-day visit to Odisha. On three-day visit to her home district Mayurbhanj starting from 4th May, she laid the foundation stones for the Skill Training Hub and Community Centre in the village at Pahadpur and launched the ‘Addiction Free Odisha’ campaign of Brahma Kumaris Centre at Hatbadra. The president visited the Similipal Tiger Reserve yesterday. She also paid tributes to Pandit Raghunath Murmu, the inventor of the OI chiki script of the Santhali language at his birthplace Dandabosh village on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
