Karnataka Deputy CM calls upon youth to Cheer4India at Tokyo Olympics 2020

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C N Ashwathnarayana has called upon youth to Cheer4India at Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Dr.Ashwathnarayana who holds the higher education portfolio, was speaking at Cheer4India webinar organised by Physical Education Foundation of India’s Karnataka chapter.


He said the athletes who represent India at the Olympic games have worked hard and reached their level of excellence and the country must encourage their talent and performance. He hoped for a favourable Indian performance. He appealed to the youngsters to post favourable and encouraging comments on social media about the performance of Indian players with the Cheer for Team India slogan. The minister of youth empowerment and sports in the state Dr. Narayana Gowda was present on this occasion.
