Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today said, 5G technology will revolutionise all sectors including education, agriculture, health and banking.
The Chief Minister said this while interacting with the students of a school in Panvel district of Maharashtra selected for the nationwide launch of the 5G network. While chatting with the students, Mr. Shinde became a student himself and instead of a chair, he preferred to sit on a bench.
Explaining the importance of technology, he expressed the belief that the education sector will benefit the most and the students will get better quality education.
The Chief Minister also advised the students to take advantage of the internet speed for studying and not for downloading games and movies.
While congratulating the students, the Chief Minister also thanked the Prime Minister for the selection of Panvel's school from Maharashtra for the nationwide inauguration programme.
He wished the students by expressing the belief that this new technology will make it easier for students to understand the subject through digital visuals and the school classes will soon become smart classes.
