Four out of five major Asian indices today ended in negative territory. South Korea’s Kospi declined 0.61 percent, China’s Shanghai Composite Index slid 0.29 percent, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index plunged 0.23 percent, and Japan’s Nikkei was down by 0.04 percent. On the other side, Singapore’s Straits Times Index rose 0.5 percent.

Major European Indices were trading in negative territory. London’s FTSE was trading 0.46 percent lower, Germany’s DAX shed 0.3 percent, and France’s CAC 40 slipped 0.22 percent when reports last came in.
