In Ladakh, the 3rd UT Ladakh Taekwondo Championship concluded on a high note at the Badminton Hall, Baroo, where over 100 players from both Kargil and Leh districts demonstrated their skills in the Kyorugi and Poomsae categories. The event witnessed strong performances, highlighting the region’s growing talent in Taekwondo.

Dr. Mohammad Jaffer Akhoon, CEC LAHDC Kargil, announced 3 lakh rupees for international-standard Taekwondo mats and an additional 5 crore rupees to establish a hostel for specially-abled children.
