In Uttarakhand, third convocation of AIIMS Rishikesh will be held today at Rishikesh. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr.Mansukh Mandaviya will attend the function as the chief guest. A total of 1041 students from various medical streams will be awarded degrees on the occasion. Apart from conferring degrees during the convocation, gold medals will also be awarded to 26 meritorious students. Degrees will be given to students of paramedical courses including UG, PG, graduate, postgraduate, superspeciality and specialty courses. 

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Union Minister of state for Health and Family Welfare Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar will also grace the occasion. Along with this, State Government's Higher Education and Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat and Finance and Urban Development Minister Premchand Aggarwal will also attend the program as guests.
