Three out of five major Asian indices logged losses today. South Korea’s Kospi dropped nearly one and half percent, Japan’s Nikkei shed half percent and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng slid 0.3 percent. Conversely, China’s Shanghai Composite advanced 0.4 percent. Meanwhile, market in Singapore was shut for a public holiday.
Major European Indices were trading in negative territory. France’s CAC 40 slipped nearly one percent, London’s FTSE was trading over 0.7 percent down and Germany’s DAX shed more than half percent, when reports last came in.
