Met dept predicts another spell of rain, snowfall in J&K

In Jammu & Kashmir, met department has predicted another spell of rain in plains and snowfall over higher reaches between Wednesday to Friday. On the other hand the cold conditions continued in the region due to prevailing dry weather. 

Talking to AIR, met department Director Sonam Lotus informed that the coming spell will be of lower intensity. He said light snowing on western parts of Jammu & Kashmir is likely to commence tomorrow night or Wednesday early morning and will increase in intensity & distribution as the day progresses. He predicted similar spell of rain and snowfall may follow around 18 to 19th of this month.
